At Encourage to Persevere, our goal is to educate kids on developing a strong work ethic to become better baseball players and men. We prioritize building partnerships and relationships to ensure the satisfaction of both kids and their families. We offer personalized 1-on-1 and group training options.

Our story is rooted in the understanding that perseverance alone is not enough; it's about using those experiences to grow and improve. With a deep love for the game of baseball and a focus on kids' development, we instill values like discipline, teamwork, and integrity.

At Encourage to Persevere, we are two ambitious men from the Northern Virginia area who met through our shared love for baseball. Our mission is to work alongside ambitious kids who share the same passion for the game.

While our main focus is on baseball development, we also believe in giving back to the community through volunteering and other services.
